Work

Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.

What you'll do at work

As an Apprentice Administration Apprentice, you will:

  • Answer telephones and assist with enquiries
  • Update spreadsheets
  • Assist with raising invoices/purchase orders
  • Sending emails, letters to customers
  • Assist the director with a range of support duties, such as booking meeting arrangements
  • Work closely with other team members to assist with smooth running of the department

Essential qualifications

GCSE or equivalent in:

  • Math (grade 4 / C or above)
  • English (grade 4 / C or above)
