You will be working for a reputable company as a Lean Manufacturing Operative Apprentice that produces a large range of lighting solutions. Learning the use of materials and machinery equipment. Assembling to complete the finished product. Preparing products for dispatch.

Work
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What you'll do at work
- Working alongside a mentor
- Using machinery
- Following manufacturing processes
- Accurately assemble components to ensure they meet company standards and report defects or discrepancies to the supervisor
- Operate and maintain assembly line machinery, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
- Will learn how to read and understand blueprints, assembly instructions and schematics
- General workshop maintenance
