Summary
As an IT Solutions Apprentice, you will play a crucial role in providing first-line support to our clients as well as getting involved in working with and deploying AI for various functions. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced IT environment and develop your skills in various areas of IT support.

Work
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What you'll do at work
- Client Interaction: Handle incoming client calls and provide exceptional customer service
- First-Line Support: Assist with troubleshooting and resolving basic IT issues, including software and hardware problems
- Hardware Deployment: Assist with deploying and updating client hardware
- AI and Business Central Tasks: Support tasks related to AI implementations and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and support activities
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior staff to escalate and resolve complex issues

- Communicate using a variety of tools and approaches, adapting language for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Apply continuous professional development CPD to support their own learning, business needs and technical developments.

Training schedule
IT Solutions Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard:
- An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation
- At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying
Requirements
Essential qualifications
GCSE in:
- English (grade 4/C)
- Maths (grade 4/C)
Share if you have other relevant qualifications and industry experience. The apprenticeship can be adjusted to reflect what you already know.
