About this employer
NUPROL is a leading manufacturer and distributor of airsoft goods in the UK and Europe. Our portfolio includes high-performance brands such as RAVEN Airsoft (Gas Blowback Pistols) and VORSK Airsoft (GBB Replicas, Gas, BBs, and Attachments). We're passionate about delivering innovative products to both consumers and businesses through a growing dealer network and online platforms. We also manage the UK distribution of several major international airsoft brands - which means part of your role will include sharing and supporting the marketing activity of our global partners within the UK market. Historically, our social media has been a shared responsibility between busy departments. That's changing. We're now investing in the future of our digital presence by hiring a dedicated Marketing Apprentice - someone creative, ambitious, and ready to learn how to turn engagement into action. Airsoft is a niche hobby with a tight-knit, highly engaged community. This creates both a challenge and an opportunity - understanding the products and tone of the sport will take time, but once you do, you'll be marketing to a loyal and enthusiastic audience where quality content really makes an impact.
After this apprenticeship

- In-house studio content - filming and editing product showcases or tutorials
- Shooting range footage - capturing and editing live demo and gameplay content
- Working with brand ambassadors - repurposing their gameplay footage for our channels
- Creative product launches - helping us announce new ranges in style
Each year, NUPROL attends a major international trade show in Germany - providing a chance for you to travel with the team, document the event, and promote our presence through photography, video and live content.
