Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Construction Site Supervisor to work on our Hampton project in Kingston-upon-Thames. You’ll learn on the job, getting hands-on experience, as well as attending college on a day-release basis to gain the professional knowledge, skills and achieve a Construction Site Supervisor Level 4 qualification.

Work

What you'll do at work
As an Apprentice Construction Site Manager you will learn skills and knowledge in:
- Supervision of specialist contractors
- The control of health and safety standards on construction projects
- Recording, control and reporting of progress on a construction project
- The minimisation of the environmental impact of construction projects
- Control of the quality of work on a construction project
- Assisting commercial staff with the monitoring of costs on a construction project
- Personnel management, engagement and coordination

What you'll learn
Course contents
- Identify risk of activities and encourage all employees to demonstrate safety-conscious behaviours.
- Assess, identify and record the environmental impact of projects.
- Assist in the implementation of the most appropriate solutions for construction projects.
- Use effective management principles and be able to supervise construction workers.
- Understand overall plan for project and measure and record progress against plan.
- Assess and report on quality standards and assist in commissioning of finished construction projects.
- Understand financial and legal constraints and measure and record progress against budget.

Essential qualifications
GCSE or equivalent in:

Wage: Real London Living Wage = £13.85/hour. £28,812 per annum. Training Course: Construction Site Supervisor (Level 4). Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30-16:30. Start Date: Monday 06 October 2025.
