We are based within one of the most deprived wards in Sheffield, where people can struggle with social and health inequalities such as low incomes, poor health, poor education, poor housing and shorter life expectancy. We aspire to support our local community with a holistic approach to health and wellbeing and work with local community organisations to achieve this.
