Summary

To develop core Business Analysis skills and support the delivery of digital and data transformation projects. Working alongside experienced professionals, the apprentice will help identify, document, and improve business processes and systems while gaining a nationally recognised level 4 qualification.

What you'll do at work

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in capturing and documenting business requirements
  • Contribute to process mapping and system evaluation
  • Support project teams in gathering data, analysis and reporting
  • Learn how to test systems for functionality and user needs
  • Help develop user manuals and other support documents
  • Shadow senior analysts to gain practical insight
  • Attend apprenticeship training sessions and complete coursework
  • Support change management and business readiness activities
  • Take part in meetings and workshops with stakeholders
  • Embrace new learning opportunities and contribute ideas

  • Support the identification and presentation of proposed actions to stakeholders in order to gain agreement for further analysis activity

  • Business Analyst Level 4 Apprenticeship Standard
  • You will also receive full training and support from the Just IT Apprenticeship team to increase your skills
  • Your training will include gaining a Level 4 Business Analyst qualifications

Essential qualifications

GCSE in:

  • English (grade 4/C and above)
  • Math (grade 4/C and above)
