Summary
Working with the TEE IS Project Manager; we are seeking a motivated Junior Project Management Specialist to improve and support our IS PM and PMO Office. They will work with the IS Project Manager and the TEE PMO team.

What you'll do at work
Digital Transformation Projects:
- Work on digital transformation projects within the IS department, from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and strategies
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Support the development and implementation of project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure successful project execution
- Ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues and escalate as necessary to ensure timely resolution
Capability Planning:
- Support and monitor project resources availability and identify gaps related to project objectives
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of capability plans within the IS department with organisational needs
Gantt Planning and Execution:
- Support and develop detailed project plans using Gantt charts or similar tools, outlining tasks, dependencies, and timelines
- Monitor project progress against the plan within the IS department, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions as needed
- Support and monitor timely completion of project milestones and deliverables within the IS department
Artificial Intelligence and Business Intelligence:
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in artificial intelligence and business intelligence
- Support and identify opportunities to leverage AI and BI solutions to enhance project outcomes within the IS department and drive business value
- Collaborate with internal teams within the IS department and external partners to integrate AI and BI capabilities into project deliverables

- Evaluate and make recommendations on the risk management plan to threats to delivery and recommend solutions.

- Deliver a Quality Management Plan which contributes to quality control processes.
- Use an organisation’s continual improvement process including lessons learned to improve performance.
- Support the preparation or maintenance of a resource management plan for project activities.

- Provide underpinning data to support the written submission through the governance process.
- Work within the approved project budget.
- Ensure that integrated schedules support critical path analysis, interface management, resource forecasting and risk management.
- Apply relevant legislation, regulations, codes of practice, and ethical guidance where appropriate to their work.
- Use data to inform decisions on actions to take to mitigate risks on project.
- Use configuration management and change control to schedule and maintain projects.
- Manages resources through the project lifecycle.

• Good understanding and knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. • Ability to leverage computational suite in order follow up projects. • Initial knowledge of artificial intelligence and business intelligence concepts and technologies. We also recommend that learners have 48+ UCAS points or equivalent, but suitable work experience (2+ years supporting project delivery) will be considered as an alternative.
