What you will do in your working day

If you have the keen desire to learn and progress in financial services, our apprenticeship program can give you an in-depth understanding of our business. You will have the ability to make every single day different, so this role is perfect for those who like to continuously learn.

As an apprentice, your key tasks and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Gain front to back understanding of the businesses being supported and building relationships with key internal partners including Technology, Front Office, Legal and other Operational teams.
  • Understand the front to back processes within the team and the associated risks and controls
  • Ensuring timely and accurate drafting of confirmations to our Global Markets clients.
  • Challenging the team’s processes and generating ideas to improve how we do things
  • Active involvement with our Change and Technology partners in the continuous improvement of the end-to-end operating environment.

The training you will be getting

Working with our Global Markets Operations team in Chester in a full time role whilst studying the Level 4 Investment Operations Specialist apprenticeship standard.
