What you will do in your working day

  • Observe a wide range of engineering process undertaken at our site by our professional engineering team to enhance the understanding of drawings being created
  • Use this information to demonstrate comprehension and increase personal contribution within the team
  • Produce accurate, high quality, detailed technical drawings based on engineering calculations
  • To successfully complete suitable college courses within the training period, achieving the academic grades required

The training you will be getting

  • To attend Warrington & Vale Royal College for one day per week to work towards your Level 3 Engineering Design & Draughtsperson Apprenticeship

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

  • Once successful completion of the apprenticeship has been completed this role could become a permanent, full-time role for the candidate with improved rates of pay and company benefits + additional support to complete a higher, level 4 apprenticeship if desired

There is a Warrington and Winsford based campus and the premises will be decided upon enrolment which campus would suit the successful Apprentice.

About the employer

From a farming background Richard Harper started RNH Construction 16 years ago providing complete turn-key projects for agricultural and industrial steel frame buildings. Starting from the planning process, through to design and drawings, manufacture and finally erection.
