What you will do in your working day

You will assist the team in:

  • Creating and delivering campaigns and marketing material for projects across all channels
  • Creating, managing and scheduling social media content across a range of platforms
  • Weekly performance reporting to clients
  • Designing engaging campaign assets, website elements and social media campaigns
  • Delivering SEO projects and analysis
  • Content/video editing and production
  • Answering calls, funnelling enquiries and client email correspondence
  • Attending events, networking groups and client meetings

The training you will be getting

Multi Channel Marketer Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard: The successful candidate will undertake a fifteen-month, nationally recognised qualification through TDM. This is a work-based learning programme which will require commitment to block weeks in an online training room once every quarter working towards the qualification along with weekly off the job training and monthly coaching sessions. You will be required to demonstrate through the standard that you meet all competencies and behaviours, which will lead to the achievement of the qualification. You will have a designated mentor in the workplace to support your learning and at the end of programme will be assessed via an external assessment body. This is a Level 3 qualification

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

For the right person, an opportunity to grow with the company. Upon completion, consideration will be given to progressing onto a higher level apprenticeship
