What you will do in your working day

Day to day you will be supported to enhance your skills and expertise within finance across the whole finance function and have a passion and drive to learn and excel

You will provide support to the Client Finance, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable teams. In addition to supporting the teams, you will also gain experience in:

  • Expenses
  • Timesheets
  • Email management
  • And invoices, in addition to general team support to achieve deadlines.

In addition to your role as an Associate Accounts Assistant, you will also gain a Level 3 AAT qualification, allowing you to grow your career in finance.

The training you will be getting

  • You will have 20% of your working week dedicated to your studies, 10% of which will be spent physically at The Apprentice Academy in Manchester
  • The other 10% will provide you time to work on revision for any upcoming exams and to complete any administrative tasks set by the Academy or required for your Apprenticeship
  • You will be working towards AAT qualifications

  • This is a great opportunity to begin your career in finance, learning on the job with the support of IPG's established finance team. They have many members of the finance team who have developed their careers and progressed from an Associate to Senior Finance Executive
