What you will do in your working day
Roles and Responsiblities:
- You will be an integral part of the administration team carrying out a variety of tasks to ensure a smooth administration function across our property portfolio. You will also be visiting properties to ensure an excellent service to our customers, be working closely with customers and clients and gain in-depth knowledge into property.

Being the face of Cliftonvalley Apartments and the first port of call for customers enquiries, these will be over the phone, face to face, email and via channel messages.

Assisting in the management of guest compliance and screening (people) ID checks, Rental agreements, ensuring all guests are complying with out guest standards and rules for each property and dealing with any non-compliance as it arises.

Assisting in the management of compliance (property) organising gas safety checks and keeping in-house systems up to date.

Liaising with Virtual Assistance to ensure consistent flow of information and accuracy of works carried out.

Creating and amending property guides to ensure guests have all the correct information for their stay.

Filing company documents in-line with the company procedure.

Quoting properties to leisure and commercials guests and ensuring accuracy of quotes supplied.

Update KPI spreadsheets and circulate to team.

To be part of Co-ordination of cleans for all properties and assisting the cleaning supervisor to ensure linen is available for cleaners.

Listing new properties on channels and updating any changes on current properties.

Assist in keeping the company accounts upto date including some book keeping tasks.

Support in creating financial and profit reports for clients.
The training you will be getting
As the successful apprentice, you will undertake a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration to include the Business Administration Diploma at Level 3, as well as Functional Skills in maths & English at Level 2 where applicable.
The standard is assessed by a range of methods to meet all the knowledge, skills and behaviours. Evidence will be collated within a portfolio of evidence.
To achieve the full Level 3, all units of the Diploma must be passed, meeting the assessment criteria.
College attendance for the delivery of the Diploma is mandatory for all apprentices.
You will attend the Filton Campus of SGS College to complete the learning for the Diploma element of the apprenticeship and any relevant Functional Skills.
The administration role may be a gateway to further career opportunities, such as management or senior support role.
