What you will do in your working day
- Maintain excellent standards of personal, food and kitchen hygiene
- Ensure compliance to procedures, menu specifications and recipes
- Produce food meeting portion controls, and budgetary constraints
- Adapting and produce dishes to meet special dietary, religious and allergenic requirements
- Communicate internally and externally with customers and colleagues
The training you will be getting
- As an apprentice you will attend City College Plymouth once a week
- On successful completion of your apprenticeship, you will receive a Production Chef Level 2 Standard
- Functional skills in maths and English if required
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
- Planning to open 3-4 sites over the next few years so there will be opportunities to run their own kitchen
