What you will do in your working day

  • Manning of the internal service desk with regards to allocating, prioritising, and responding to support tickets.
  • Day to day checks and support of all internal and third-party systems.
  • Provision of second line desktop/server support in a mixed technology environment of Windows & Mac.
  • Research, resolve, and respond to all customer support queries/issues received via phone, email, or ticketing system.
  • Maintain an organised daily structure, working to assigned jobs & projects within an adequate time frame.
  • Create, review, and maintain documentation as/where required.
  • Involvement in new projects including implementation of 3rd party solutions and in-house developed solutions.
