Working as Business Administration Apprentice you will gain experience across different areas of the organisation, providing general administrative support alongside gaining a L3. This will include All Formats – a commercial enterprise, which provides print and transcription services to a wide range of businesses, organisations and individuals.

What you will do in your working day
- Telephone enquiries & emails
- Assisting with post/deliveries
- Assisting with reports, sales quaotations and invoicing
- Customer service for Reception – ensuring visitor/contractor sign in/out protocols are followed using Visitor Photo ID system
- You will be required to undertake further tasks to assist with business needs
The training you will be getting
On completion of your apprenticeship, you will recieve a Level 3 in Business Administration which can allow you to progress to Level 4.
You will be required to attend our Digbeth campus every other Wednesday to complete your knowledge based part of the apprenticeship with blended learning.
