What you will do in your working day
As well as being the warm and welcoming face that greets our members and visitors, you will also be instrumental keeping our members personal details updated on the members portal and in providing support with managing our data.
Reporting to the the Sales and Project Manager, you will assist with:
- Recruitment, appointment and ongoing management of all members.
- Producing, and where necessary presenting back, monthly Social Value Reports for our key partners.
- Analysing and reporting occupancy data and highlighting trends to support overall marketing strategy.
- Assisting in hosting and managing ad-hoc events, including any training programmes that we host.
- Ensuring all data is kept in a GDPR compliant manner.
The training you will be getting
Data Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard: The successful candidate will undertake an eighteen-month, nationally recognised qualification through TDM. This is a work-based learning programme which will require commitment to block weeks in an online training room once every quarter working towards the qualification along with weekly off the job training and monthly coaching sessions. You will be required to demonstrate through the standard that you meet all competencies and behaviours, which will lead to the achievement of the qualification.
You will have a designated mentor in the workplace to support your learning and at the end of the programme will be assessed via an external assessment body. This is a Level 3 qualification. Knowledge modules will include:

● Data Basics – Context
● Data Analyst Associate
