We are seeking an Apprentice Heating Engineer for a long-term position within an expanding company. Our work mainly consists of the installation and maintenance of Air source heat pumps. We work with a range of manufacturers, so we require a candidate with an ability to adapt. Full training will be provided to the successful applicant.

What you will do in your working day

Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Plant room installation
  • Installation and maintenance of low carbon heating equipment
  • Installation and maintenance of underfloor heating systems

The training you will be getting

  • The Apprentice will work towards their Apprenticeship Standard in Low Carbon Heating Technician Level 3
  • The successful candidate will be assigned a dedicated assessor who will provide support and guidance throughout the course
  • This is a Day Release programme which means you will attend Lincoln/Newark College, 1 day per week, term time only. This will fall within your contracted working hours
