What you will do in your working day
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, and be the first point of contact for them, including schools and local authorities
- Log and resolve live operational complaints and information requests from local bus passengers
- Sit in meetings with managers and take minutes. including writing follow up action points
The training you will be getting
- Level 2 Intermediate Apprenticeship
- The first month of the apprenticeship will include shadowing senior employees
- Work will be located at our head office in Loughborough
- Training will be located at Loughborough College in one day release
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
We would expect an apprentice to become a senior customer service agent and after 2-3 years, take a lead role in delivering and managing our customer service team.
We currently have a small, young team, so there is plenty of opportunity for growth and progression in the role and business.
