You will be recovering outstanding monies owed to clients in a compliant manner as well as handling your own case load dealing with customer queries with the aim of settling a case prior to litigating, using litigation as a last tool.

What you will do in your working day

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handling accounts from pre-litigation, issuing of proceedings through to enforcement
  • Resolving queries with customers and clients
  • Negotiating payment plans and setting up payment arrangements
  • Dealing with inbound and outbound communications including calls, emails and lettering
