What you will do in your working day
With a new strategy initiated to rapidly expand the company’s range of products and customer base, we now offer a product range over 25 product lines within 7 broad categories for all makes and models, and we now distribute to retailers in the vehicle aftermarket industry throughout the UK.
Duties will include:
- General administration
- Processing orders
- Sales calls
- Answering the telephone
- Building a rapport with customers
- Cataloguing administration tasks
- Data input
The training you will be getting
- Upon completion and passing of the end Point Assessment, the achievement will be Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 qualification (Intermediate).
- The programme will be delivered remotely, over Teams with a minimum of 3 sessions per month, supported by an online learning platform for assignments and learning, during working hours.
