What you will do in your working day

  • Provide support to the Client Finance, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable teams.
  • Processing of PE, timesheets, and tracking changes.
  • AP processing of invoices, expenses & freelancer time.
  • Reviewing and providing finance approval on employee expenses submitted through the online expense system.
  • Management of the email inboxes
  • Provide support to the Accounts Receivable team with raising sales invoices.
  • Sending out sales invoices

The training you will be getting

In addition to a role as an Associate Accounts Assistant, successful candidates will also gain a Level 3 AAT qualification. 

Training will be provided through our partner The Apprentice Academy, from August 2024 with weekly online workshops and revision sessions (1.5 hours per session)

Things to consider

A successful candidate will have a good level of GCSE English and Maths, a basic working knowledge of Microsoft office products including Outlook, Word, and Excel, have a keen interest in a career in finance coupled with a willingness to learn and a keen eye for detail.
