What you will do in your working day
- To support the managers, residents and staff in the home, in ensuring that a safe environment is maintained through relevant landscape maintenance and monitoring of health and safety standards
- To ensure that an environment is created, with the help of the owner, maintenance manager and CQC manager that is of an acceptable and safe standard
- To ensure that all relevant statutory responsibilities and duties are carried out, met and maintained. i.e. reporting to RIDDOR or HSE aspects that affect the running of the home
- To be a role model to all staff
The training you will be getting
- HORTICULTURE OR LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION OPERATIVE Level 2
- All training will be done remotely once a month.
- Functional Skills in English and maths if required
