What you will do in your working day
Compliance remit:
- Assist with training on Standard Operating Procedures in line with UK and Irish regulation.
- Monitoring business activities in line with internal Standard Operating Procedures.
- Involvement in commercial / Legal and compliance discussions and providing input together with Senior Legal Counsel and Compliance Manager.
- Live monitoring of Surgical Vision and Vision Care events to see the end-to-end process from cross functional planning to implementation.
Legal Remit:
- Review and/or drafting of agreements and templates.
- Drafting of company paperwork to ensure compliance with companies house.
Employee relations remit:
- Document preparation: assisting in the preparation of various documents, such as meeting agendas, minutes, drafting policies or procedures.
- Active participation in consultations: The apprentice will actively participate in employee relations consultations, offering support to HR professionals and gaining practical experience in handling various issues and concerns raised by employees.
- The apprentice will assist in providing guidance on x employee relations cases, under the supervision of experienced HR professionals. This may involve conducting research, gathering relevant information, and contributing insights to help resolve issues effectively.
