What you will do in your working day
- Assist the Learning and Development Project Support Manager with the development and delivery of the Journey to Better programme and associated activities helping to align all initiatives within the business.
- Assist all departments within the People & Culture function in the design and execution of projects as part of the business improvement strategy, including any evaluation.
- Provide reporting and analytical support for any initiatives including training interventions, producing KPIs as required.
- Maintain auditable and accurate information on training and produce/maintain evaluation reports in line with requirements, using appropriate databases and systems.
- Develop, produce and communicate relevant information on initiatives on a regular basis that can be communicated to the wider business through various communication channels.
- Support any project meetings as required as part of any initiatives.
- Produce and manage website content for any initiatives including any post-training support, linking with the Learning Management System where appropriate.
The training you will be getting
The programme aims at developing skilled project managers and you will be fully supported and mentored through your level 4 Associate Project Manager apprenticeship and be given protected time to complete your course work. You will be supported monthly by your business coach, have quarterly reviews involving your manager & attend 18 days of facilitated training to ensure you are fully equipped to start your career as a Project Manager.
