What you will do in your working day

  • Provide an exceptional experience for Kew Green Hotels customers, focusing on First Contact Resolution
  • Handle large volumes of enquiries and seek to secure business on every interaction – increasing conversion, maximising revenue generation and budget delivery
  • Ensure all enquiries are dealt with in line with the hotel’s selling strategy
  • Chase enquiries and manage through all stages of the booking
  • Meet KPI’s and Objectives
  • Develop future and repeat business with both new and existing customers
  • Prepare required information and contribute to monthly Commercial Diamond Calls, ensuring that all allocated actions are completed in line with deadlines
  • Build and maintain relationships with all key operators and third-party agents including AGMs and on-site teams
  • Ensure all revenue is tracked accurately and timely
  • Work closely with Sales teams to optimise the contribution of all segments
  • Maximise revenue
  • Maintain strong relationships with colleagues across the estate ensuring that everyone works as one team to deliver customer excellence through our Guest Love programme

The training you will be getting

  • Training will be with us – Swarm Training, a national provider of apprenticeships throughout the UK
  • The successful candidate will work towards the Level 2 Customer Service qualification, this apprenticeship will take 12 months to complete with assessments
  • Apprentices will be required to have or achieve level 1 English and Maths and to have taken level 2 English and Maths tests prior to completion of their Apprenticeship

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

Upon successfully completing the apprenticeship, a possible full-time position is available for the right person. Progression and room for growth, with opportunities in the UK and abroad – Kew Green Hotels have training and courses available.
