What you will do in your working day
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business administration apprentice to join our team. The role is a varied position that would suit a friendly person that wants to grow within a company.
Duties include:
- You will be responding to routine and specialist issues that arise and seeking management support as required
- Deal with routine enquiries both over the phone and face to face
- Work under the instruction of the line manager to develop an understanding of the service area and job role
- Dealing with invoices, incoming and outgoing
- Deal with incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner
- Dealing with sensitive information regarding clients
- Checking off orders
- Any other tasks commensurate with the company
The training you will be getting
- Level 3 Business and Administrator Apprenticeship Standard qualification
- Functional Skills in maths and English (where applicable)
- No day release element
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
- On successful completion of the apprenticeship, there may be a full-time position available for the right candidate to grow within the organisation
