What you will do in your working day

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business administration apprentice to join our team. The role is a varied position that would suit a friendly person that wants to grow within a company.

Duties include:

  • You will be responding to routine and specialist issues that arise and seeking management support as required
  • Deal with routine enquiries both over the phone and face to face
  • Work under the instruction of the line manager to develop an understanding of the service area and job role
  • Dealing with invoices, incoming and outgoing
  • Deal with incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner
  • Dealing with sensitive information regarding clients
  • Checking off orders
  • Any other tasks commensurate with the company

The training you will be getting

  • Level 3 Business and Administrator Apprenticeship Standard qualification
  • Functional Skills in maths and English (where applicable)
  • No day release element

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

  • On successful completion of the apprenticeship, there may be a full-time position available for the right candidate to grow within the organisation
