What you will do in your working day

  • Operating a variety of cutting machinery, including band saws, guillotines and decoilers.
  • To move material use of overhead cranes and fork trucks will be required (we will provide training)
  • Receving information on on customer material requirements
  • Processing materials according to our Quality Procedures.
  • Manual Handling 
  • Referring to Quality procedures
  • Quality checking all parts
  • Abiding to all Health and Safety Standards

The training you will be getting

Your apprenticeship training will be a fully work-based learning programme across 12 months. Upon completion of your apprenticeship, you will achieve a level 2 qualification as a supply chain warehouse operative.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

  • Progression into a full time role upon completion of apprenticeship for the right candidate.
