What you will do in your working day

Conducting Accompanied Viewings:
Showcase commercial properties to potential clients through engaging and informative property viewings.

Initial Communications Handling:
Manage and respond to initial enquiries from interested parties, showcasing your excellent communication skills.

Creating Engaging Marketing Material:
Develop visually appealing marketing brochures, virtual tours and floor plans that highlight the unique features of our properties.

Digital Marketing Management:
Take charge of our social media channels, database and company website, ensuring they remain vibrant and up-to-date to attract a wider audience.

The training you will be getting

You will undertake the Level 6 Chartered Surveyor Degree Apprenticeships (Real Estate pathway) with Nottingham Trent University.

Throughout the duration of your apprenticeship you will study a BSc (Hons) degree in Real Estate, attending NTU one day per week.

Achievement of the End-Point Assessment enables apprentices to gain Chartered membership of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

RICS Chartered Surveyor through the APC route plus progression within the business.

Things to consider

Access to own car is essential for property viewings (car expenses for business use reimbursed). Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively interact with clients and colleagues. Strong computer skills are a must, including a willingness to learn new software programs and procedures.
