Beta Group are looking to recruit and train a business apprentice to work within their busy head office.
Full Description of Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and hard-working candidate with a genuine interest in business to work and train as an apprentice in a fast-paced office environment. As a business apprentice you will carry out a wide range of administrative duties whilst supporting members of a busy team. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and progress in a varied and interesting role within a well-established company.
Duties to include:
- Ensure all sales administration, production and order forms are accurate
- Dealing with customer enquiries via telephone and email
- Proactively updating customer orders
- Providing technical support to customers queries (following training)
- Preparing and updating sales quotations
- Providing administrative support to other departments
- Delivering high levels of customer service at all times
- Contacting customers via telephone or email
The training you will be getting
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship the successful applicant will gain a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship Standard.
The apprenticeship is fully work based, there is no day release at college.
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
There may be the opportunity to progress onto higher level qualifications or secure a permanent full time job.
