What you will do in your working day

The principal role is to provide  This role will include

  • To undertake supply chain duties associated with economic ordering, movement, receipting and efficient storage of goods and promote and maintain a cost effective and proactive inventory management service in accordance with agreed policies and procedures
  • Raising and following up purchase orders
  • Liasing with suppliers
  • Physical work managing stock levels, barcoding and indexing products and supporting in all areas
  •  
  • Any other duties that may be required, that are within the grade

The training you will be getting

Training through Nova normally comprises of five days per week in company with monthly monitoring visits at the workplace. Your dedicated coach will aslo be available between these visits for discussion about any additional support that may be required and to identify and resolve problems if they arise.

At the end of your training period, you will be put through to an end point assessment with an external verifier where you will showcase and evidence your knowledge, skills and behaviours.
