    To start asap. Five days out of a six including Saturdays (closed Sun). 9.00am - 5.30pm, Monday - Saturday. Lunch break of 30 mins.

What you will do in your working day

  • Creating great customer relationships, advising and selling of bicycles and components
  • Delivering the best store experience.
  • Diagnosis, servicing and repair of bikes.
  • Accepting and booking in repairs and / or services.
  • Accepting deliveries.
  • Using the EPOS system.
  • Building bikes for customers and display, including web orders.
  • High level of attention to detail required.
  • Effective communication with customers, colleagues and supplier partners.
  • Plan and prioritise service jobs and repairs.
  • Work safely.
  • Assist with social media posting and activities.
