What you will do in your working day
• Providing excellent customer services to all clients and learners
• Managing the company's diary and coordinating all elements of the training courses to ensure successful delivery for the trainer and client/learners
• Processing bookings & certification, and responsible for updating our internal CRM system with all relevant details and ensuring that there is always an audit trail
• Responsible for raising invoices on Xero and chasing outstanding balances with existing clients
• Coordinate all administration to ensure it is compliant with our / awarding bodies standard operating procedures
• Assist and support our external assessors and analyse reports to identify where further action is required
• Responding to emails and incoming calls and action accordingly.
• To deal with any complaints or appeals in line with WSS policies and procedures, with the assistance of your line manager
• Ensure tutor centre files are kept up to date with current documentation prior to any training being delivered
• To maintain a working knowledge of CITB (Site Safety Plus, ATO), Proqual, SQS, CPCS, CSCS, NPORS, IATP (and any other relevant awarding bodies’) to understand how these relate to the working practices within the company. Full training will be provided for this
• To maintain a professional image and enhance the company’s reputation for quality and service
• Responsible for the confidential custody of company and client information, equipment and materials
• Any other duties as deemed necessary by the line manager
The training you will be getting
Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship standard, including Functional Skills if required.
This is a work based programme which means that all of your learning will take place on the site of your employment and within your contracted working hours. We host supporting workshops regularly throughout the apprenticeship which you can attend in person at our Derby Road campus.
You will work with expert assessors to develop new knowledge, skills and behaviours within the profession.
You will experience a blended learning model.
You will gather learning evidence, journals and off-the-job records using your e-portfolio.
At the end of the planned learning period, it will be agreed that you are ready to enter 'Gateway' and for your End Point Assessment to be arranged.
