Things to consider

Laid back personality who doesn’t take life too seriously and can have a laugh with our team, but can switch to professional when speaking to clients. The fun stuff - - We have a Pool table and Dart board downstairs which is used on lunch times daily for a change of atmosphere. We also often all (both teams) down tools and go play as a team when the mood suits. -Big Lunch Fridays are a must on the last Friday of every month at the very least. We also every now and again go out for lunch or breakfast as a team (both teams) and team nights out. - Weekly team quizzes in the office – just a bit of a laugh to break up the day but it’s surprising how competitive we all are. - We are always busy and work very hard but we aren’t a silent office which is not allowed to speak. The office is very rarely quiet.
