Year 1 & 2 will require part studying at Aston University and in company, with subsequent years in company and online lessons. The role will cover various aspects of engineering from mechanical to automation and from hardware to software.

Monday to Friday 7.5 hours per day Hours of work are normally 8.30 to 17.00 with one hour for lunch – some do 8.00am to 4.30pm. This will rarely include evenings or weekends only on a very, very odd occasion.

What you will do in your working day
The role will aim to provide an all-round experience of what being an engineer means in Festo GB.
Working with experienced mechanical, mechatronic, electrical, electronic and software engineers you will learn skills in all areas of engineering providing the best possible start to your career.
On top of your study you will work with many different departments and have the opportunity to experience many of the different roles that Festo GB offers to its engineering staff.
