What you will do in your working day
Your role will support the team to:
- Build and enhance clinical facilities to create an outstanding healing environment for patients and staff
- A unique art and design programme to transform the experience and wellbeing of our patients
- Support funding in health innovation
To provide administrative and practical events support. The role will include:
- To coordinate and maintain all project plans and timelines.
- Arrange internal and external meetings for the CW+ arts team.
- Answer general enquiries to the arts programme both over phone and email.
- Support arts/design programme projects by assisting with consultation, liaising with suppliers, and assisting with installations.
- Support the Arts for All programme delivery including liaising with staff, artists, partners and patients.
- Support the impact and evaluation programme aiding with research and impact measurement initiatives.
- Support the maintenance of CW+ art collection including RELAX digital, installations, artwork labelling and conservation monitoring.
- Support the organisation and delivery of events such as talks, receptions and openings.

The training you will be getting
Events Assistant- Level 3 Standard
Apprentices learn the skills they need on the job with the guidance of a development coach who is an expert from industry. You will finish your apprenticeship with a recognised qualification, valuable industry experience, money, and substantial opportunities for promotion.
Training is a blended learning delivery model: online learning, classroom sessions, work-based training, independent research, workplace projects, one-to-one support and training. Your training will include:
