    £13,520.00

    Quarterly progress reviews will take place during the time of employment. All staff are entitled to staff discounts. Tea/Coffee and sweet treats are provided in store daily.

  • Working week

    Mon-Fri, 8.5 hours per day (With 30 mins break for lunch). Shifts will be rotated between 8am-4.30pm and 11.30am-8pm.

What you will do in your working day

  • Assisting customers with their flooring selection.
  • Working alongside other team members in handling orders, assisting in the warehouse.
  • Answering calls from customers and suppliers.
  • Ordering and receiving stock.

The training you will be getting

Level 2 Customer Service apprenticeship standard, including Functional Skills if required.

This is a work based programme which means that all of your learning will take place on the site of your employment and within your contracted working hours. We host supporting workshops regularly throughout the apprenticeship which you can attend in person at our Derby Road campus.

You will work with expert assessors to develop new knowledge, skills and behaviours within the profession.
You will experience a blended learning model.
You will gather learning evidence, journals and off-the-job records using your e-portfolio.
At the end of the planned learning period, it will be agreed that you are ready to enter 'Gateway' and for your End Point Assessment to be arranged.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

A full time, commission based role could be available to the right candidate once the apprenticeship has been completed.
