What you will do in your working day

1. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers face-to-face, over the phone, and via email, offering courteous and proficient assistance.
2. Product Familiarity: Acquire a comprehensive understanding of motorhomes, including their features, specifications, and optional extras, to effectively address customer inquiries.
3. Sales Assistance: Aid the sales team by providing product details, arranging test drives, and supporting customers through the sales journey.
4. Service Coordination: Schedule service appointments, coordinate vehicle repairs, and relay updates to customers regarding their vehicle's status.
5. Resolution of Concerns: Promptly and effectively address customer concerns and complaints, ensuring their satisfaction remains a top priority.
6. Documentation: Maintain precise records of customer interactions, service appointments, and vehicle specifications within our database system.
7. Administrative Duties: Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining a tidy workspace.

The training you will be getting

Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship standard, including Functional Skills if required.

This is a work based programme which means that all of your learning will take place on the site of your employment and within your contracted working hours. We host supporting workshops regularly throughout the apprenticeship which you can attend in person at our Derby Road campus.

You will work with expert assessors to develop new knowledge, skills and behaviours within the profession.

You will experience a blended learning model.

You will gather learning evidence, journals and off-the-job records using your e-portfolio.

At the end of the planned learning period, it will be agreed that you are ready to enter 'Gateway' and for your End Point Assessment to be arranged.
