What you will do in your working day

Key Responsibilities:

· Answering the sales office telephone, transferring calls to the relevant person and taking messages where required

· Managing the sales office inbox, answering queries and redirecting emails where appropriate

· Discussing customer requirements to identify the best options to meet their requirements

· Learning basic product knowledge

· Producing quotations and following these up

· Order processing

· Monitoring customer accounts

· E-mail and telephone communication with customers

· Liaising with suppliers to expedite incoming goods

· General office administration duties as requested by the Sales Office Manager

Delivery Method

• Attendance at college will be required one day per week

Apprenticeship session to assist with portfolio building and preparation for End Point Assessment.
