We are looking for a Customer Service Apprentice to join our existing team! You will get the opportunity to learn about our business with varied responsibilities, working with a great team in a fast-paced environment. What you will do in your working day
Key Responsibilities:
· Answering the sales office telephone, transferring calls to the relevant person and taking messages where required
· Managing the sales office inbox, answering queries and redirecting emails where appropriate
· Discussing customer requirements to identify the best options to meet their requirements
· Learning basic product knowledge
· Producing quotations and following these up
· Order processing
· Monitoring customer accounts
· E-mail and telephone communication with customers
· Liaising with suppliers to expedite incoming goods
· General office administration duties as requested by the Sales Office Manager

Delivery Method
• Attendance at college will be required one day per week
