What you will do in your working day

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
-Managing a team on a daily basis
-Report weekly to the Operations manager
-Ensuring the highest standard of quality control is carried out amongst the team

We are seeking a proactive, punctual and committed individual to become an integral part of our team. You will over time, become responsible for ensuring all QC processes are followed by the testing team, alongside implementing new and evaluating current processes.

  • Day to day tasks will involve managing the workload of the testing team, testing smart phones, tablets, smartwatches, headphones etc.
  • Checking stock into the warehouse and picking, packing and dispatching orders across the world.

The training you will be getting

  • Team leader or supervisor Level 3 (A level) Standard.

This Apprenticeship is completed within the workplace. You will be assessed through written work, verbal discussion and observation throughout your training. You will be given time by your employer to complete portfolio work, attend training, workplace shadowing and any other opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

  • Possible progression to a Site Operations Manager.
  • Progression to a level 4 qualification.
