What you will do in your working day
· Drawings of plans

The training you will be getting
Your training will be day release at LSBU, either at their Nine Elms or Elephant and Castle Campus working towards higher national certificate (HNC). You will need to be within close communizing to both LSBU campus’s and also the office base at Selhurst Station.
This standard aligns with the following professional recognition: Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) for Engineering Technician
You will be based at our office in SE25. Croft Structural Engineers will be assigned you a Senior Technician to help with you daily direction and learning. You will also be assigned a Mentor who will be a fully qualified Chartered Engineer. They will undertake quarterly reviews of you training and progression along with meeting with LSBU.
Training can be extended further to the full degree program should the applicant wise to continue studying.
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
Following completion of the Apprenticeship should they wish they can continue to Bsc in Structural Engineering.
Professional development with the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) for Engineering Technician.
Run Domestic Design projects and be part of the team on larger complex engineering projects.
