What you will do in your working day
Duties:
- Assist with processing customer enquiries
- Assist with updating customer data and orders into our system
- Liaising with colleagues in other departments
- Answer incoming calls
- Ensure tasks and processes are completed on time and effectively
- Ensure information is updated and work is completed on time
- Ensure communication within the team is carried out in a timely, professional manner
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as required
- To undertake other ad hoc duties as requested by Line Management
The training you will be getting
- Level 2 Customer Service
- Off the job training will take place at Oldham College one day a week
