What will the apprentice be doing?

Duties will include: 

  • Ensure all administration is dealt in a professional and timely manner
  • Postal & banking duties
  • Scanning
  • Data entry
  • Letter and e-mail correspondence
  • Telephoning clients and insurers
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Provide professional support and high levels of service to clients
  • Supporting clients with changes to their policy in a timely manner both on the telephone & Live Chat facility
  • To support colleagues from all areas of the business as required

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship standard.

Functional Skills in English and maths if required.

End-Point Assessment (EPA):

Presentation; Practical Observation; Professional Discussion.

Once you have successfully completed your apprenticeship, we will be able to discuss career opportunities. If you would like to continue working with us, we will have a role for you.

As you will have experienced the work carried out in each of the teams, we will discuss where you feel your skills will be best utilised. Whilst it is not always possible for you to go straight into your preferred role, we will work with you and put a plan in place to get you there.
