What will the apprentice be doing?
Duties will include:
- Ensure all administration is dealt in a professional and timely manner
- Postal & banking duties
- Scanning
- Data entry
- Letter and e-mail correspondence
- Telephoning clients and insurers
- Maintain accurate records
- Provide professional support and high levels of service to clients
- Supporting clients with changes to their policy in a timely manner both on the telephone & Live Chat facility
- To support colleagues from all areas of the business as required
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship standard.
Functional Skills in English and maths if required.
End-Point Assessment (EPA):
Presentation; Practical Observation; Professional Discussion.
