Opportunity to join a growing team of highly skilled sales and estimating staff. Your role will involve operating the company work management system and communicating with the other departments. The company has grown consistently over the past 5 years from 11 employees to over 45 and has plans to continue this growth. Although the role will be an apprentice role it is the pathway to a plethora of opportunities in various divisions within the company.

What will the apprentice be doing?
Day to day works will include:
- Answering the phone
- Talking to clients
- Talking to engineers
- Talking to suppliers
- Operating the company work management system
- Communicating with the other departments
- Preparing quotations
- Organisation of quotation work flows
- Team administration tasks
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard.
- Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours.
- Day release to attend college at Havering (RM11 2LL) or Hackney (N1 6HQ).
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
The company is a growing business and many of our long term employees have risen from apprentice roles. There is good scope for progression within both the specific area of apprenticeship but also within other areas of the company.
