What will the apprentice be doing?
- Use and populate where the electronic record system (SystmOne) with accurate information regarding child health records on a daily basis, to include scanning and uploading information from other services in a timely manner.
- Carry out clinical diary management, appointment, and room bookings, as necessary.
- Manage appointment bookings, updating electronic record system and sending appointment letters following Trust guidelines and targets.
- Ensure referrals are actioned following the agreed Child & Family Service procedures according to the defined performance targets and timescales.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- At commencement of the apprenticeship you will be required to have English and Maths Functional Skills level 1.
- A criterion of the apprenticeship is that you attend college/virtual and complete all the necessary standards set out in the Apprenticeship.
- You will be employed on a fixed term contract for the duration of your apprenticeship.
You will be paid £18546 for the fixed term of your apprenticeship.
On completion of your apprenticeship you will need to partake in the recruitment process within Solent to secure a position with a starting salary of £19918
