What will the apprentice be doing?
Your duties will include and not be limited to
- Acting as a key part of the business
- Working in parallel to the Grind Stores
- Help ensure that all the required orders are fulfilled
- Assist in delivery deadlines are met
- Dealing with both wholesale and retail customers.
- You will learn to maintain production levels of roasted coffee
- Keep the roastery space clean and organised.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
All of your training will be completed within the workplace, You will be working towards the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner.
You will have the opportunity to work towards your Functional Skills in Maths and English if you do not have the GCSEs or equivalent
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Natural Progression route would be the Level 3 Customer Service Specialist
