Summary
This is a rare opportunity to join a young, vibrant agency in Manchester city centre. You will be an integral part of the team – working alongside the Creative Director to assist with the delivery of live client projects and retainers for a key client in the property sector.

Basic salary plus: ○ 5% on all introduced retainer clients (paid a month in lieu) ○ 10% on all introduced project clients (paid on full payment of project)

Roles & responsibilities:
Client contact
- Attend content creation meetings alongside client account leads
- Be able to work independently with clients to fulfil a brief
Idea generation
- Come up with ideas that are inline with the client's brand
- Be up-to-date on trends and styles and know when to use them
- Reflect on the client planning docs and come up with ideas to bring it to life
- Be proactive and take an active role in the work being created
Content creation
- Contribute to the creation of client content plans
- Create static and visual content in multiple formats
- Execute and deliver the visual element of content plans
- Know how to frame and edit content for maximum visual impact
- Independently create b-roll content to supplement client content
- Dress sets for content creation based on art direction
- Carry out any recces of a location ahead of time to ensure shoots are maximised
- Be able to create UGC and staged content
Reporting
- Contribute the monthly client updates by staying close to the metrics and inputting to
reports - Monitor the success of client competitors and come up with real-time ways to outperform them
Requirements
- A flexible approach to working – no clock watchers need apply
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and turnaround times
- Previous experience of content creation for social media (even if that is personal)
- Able to use editing tools and software to create final assets (CapCut / Canva /
Adobe) - Able to use filming and photography equipment (phone / camera / gimbal etc)
- A hunger to learn from industry leaders
- An understanding of creating content for social media platforms

- Able to travel to meetings / events (must have a car)

- Apply best practice and inclusive language when creating content.
- Write and edit copy or scripts for use on different channels and platforms.
- Create or capture visuals and audio using standard packages and equipment.
- Source, obtain and prepare media assets for use; using industry standard packages to adapt and edit content.
- Use industry standard tools and content management systems to organise, structure and label content effectively, methodically and securely enabling efficient search and retrieval.
- Identify and recommend the platform/s or channel/s to use for the media campaign.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients, colleagues and suppliers, establishing and using professional contacts.
- Engage and respond with audiences through social media, adapting content to respond to evolving circumstances.
- Monitor user experience to ensure content is focused on maximising engagement.
- Analyse the differences between audiences using audience segmentation techniques and data.
- Use lessons learned to evaluate the success of the content and identify areas for improvement for future campaigns.
- Use continuing professional development planning to support own current and future training and development needs.

During this advanced apprenticeship, you will learn a vast range of knowledge, skills and behaviours, covering topics such as:

You will undertake the ground-breaking Professional Apprenticeships Content Creator Level 3 qualification.
Professional Apprenticeships are an Ofsted Outstanding rated training provider and hold the title of Bristol and Bath Apprenticeship Training Provider of the Year for 2021.
The training is delivered using a hybrid model and can be delivered fully remotely if needed.
You will have monthly 1-2-1s with your assigned tutor, along with monthly group sessions, where one topic will be covered in detail, and you will have the opportunity to meet and work with all the other apprentices on the course.
The programme is designed to mould you into a high-level, all-rounded digital marketer. You will learn in detail about:

Essential qualifications
GCSE in:
- English (grade 4/C Or above)
- Maths (grade 4/C Or above)
