Wage

£15,704 for your first year, then could increase depending on your age

Work

Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.

What you'll do at work

  • Learn and apply lean manufacturing techniques in daily operations
  • Assist in the assembly and production of bespoke wardrobe systems
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the factory
  • Work with colleagues to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment
  • Learn how to identify and reduce waste in production processes
  • Follow health & safety procedures at all times
  • Develop problem-solving skills and contribute ideas to improve productivity and quality
  • Using Power Tools and Hand Tools
  • Developing practical skills in the safe use of machinery, including fixed stand sanders, airlines, cross-cut saws, and panel saws.

Desirable qualifications

GCSE in:

  • English (grade Grade 2 - 9 or A* - D)
  • Maths (grade Grade 2 - 9 or A* - D)

Share if you have other relevant qualifications and industry experience. The apprenticeship can be adjusted to reflect what you already know.
