Work
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What you'll do at work
- Learn and apply lean manufacturing techniques in daily operations
- Assist in the assembly and production of bespoke wardrobe systems
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the factory
- Work with colleagues to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment
- Learn how to identify and reduce waste in production processes
- Follow health & safety procedures at all times
- Develop problem-solving skills and contribute ideas to improve productivity and quality
- Using Power Tools and Hand Tools
- Developing practical skills in the safe use of machinery, including fixed stand sanders, airlines, cross-cut saws, and panel saws.

Desirable qualifications
GCSE in:
- English (grade Grade 2 - 9 or A* - D)
- Maths (grade Grade 2 - 9 or A* - D)
Share if you have other relevant qualifications and industry experience. The apprenticeship can be adjusted to reflect what you already know.

The successful candidate will be given the opportunity of full-time employment upon completion of the advanced apprenticeship if available.
