Requirements

Desirable qualifications

GCSE in:

  • Maths (grade 9-4)
  • English (grade 9-4)

Share if you have other relevant qualifications and industry experience. The apprenticeship can be adjusted to reflect what you already know.

Other requirements

Be prepared to work under pressure, multitask, and stay focused during busy service times. As this is shift role, expect early starts, late finishes, weekends, and holiday shifts. Flexibility is essential especially as we also host other events such as weddings. Teamwork is important, strong communication and collaboration skills are vital in a busy kitchen. Having a full driving license is considered an advantage as you'll be required to travel to the employer.

Provide a day to day offering of Bar meals/ snacks for private members of the golf club . We also Cater for weddings, Dinner dances, and conferences for external guests . After this apprenticeship

  • Upon the successful completion of the apprenticeship, there will be a potential offer of a full-time role and progression to Chef De Partie Level 3
