Hours of Work Working hours are 37.5 per week for example: Monday - Friday between 8.00am and 5.00pm. Please note, if over 18 years old during our peak seasonal periods you must be prepared to work on a rota that will include evenings and weekend.

Work

Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.

What you'll do at work

  • Practical experience in warehousing duties including picking and packing parts, stock check and goods in.
  • Administrative experience including parts procurement, material management, claims handling and parts marketing.
  • Customer service experience including order processing, backorder management, lead time chasing and Logistics solutions.

Training schedule

  • Level 2 Trade Supplier Apprenticeship Standard

  • Functional Skills Level 2 in English and maths will be provided for those without GCSE Grade 4/C (or equivalent) if required
  • 14-month Apprenticeship Programme including End Point Assessment

  • Attend the CLAAS Academy in Saxham, Bury St Edmunds for block release training 4 x 1-week blocks, plus monthly virtual classroom sessions

GCSE in:

  • Maths (grade 4)

Due to the location of our Headquarters, candidates with need to ensure they can travel to site independently as there are no public transport options.
